Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders placed before 1pm EST should be received within 5-10 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude public holidays) All shipping Standard Free At Checkout!

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact-us@lilpetites.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Little Petites1 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Little Petites1 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

International shipping varies by territory. See shipping choices by carrier in checkout. Duties, taxes, and other fees are responsibilities of recipient.

Returns Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact-us@lilpetites.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
